Get motivated and achieve your fitness goals with my Small Group Coaching. If you prefer working out in a group setting, this program is perfect for you! My sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday, and you can choose from either the 5:30pm or 6:30pm timeslot. My 1-hour sessions are designed to challenge and inspire you to be your best self. Plus, as a bonus, you'll have free access to our Saturday Fit Bestie class!
