Over the next 3 months, you're stepping into a season of self-love, structure, and discipline. This isn't just a workout program.. it's a guided experience that helps you build routine, balance, and non-negotiables that actually stick.

Each week you'll  be supported and held accountable to move your body with intention.. burning a miniumim of 300 calories each session.

You'll go from feeling stuck and unmotivated to feeling focused, consistent, and confident surrounded by a community of women showing up for themselves too.
