Hey girl hey! It's time to get your body moving with us. This is more than just a walk, its a moving, meditation, a moment to reconnect with yourself and a chance to build community. Each week we come together to walk 2-3 miles throughs the city soaring in nature, good energy, and mindful conversation.
This isnt about a pace or performance, its about presence. Whether you're reflecting in silence, listening to a podcast, or chatting with new friends, The Mindful Mile is your time to slow down, breathe deeper, adn realign you mind and body.
