WHAT TO EXPECT

Leg Day Tuesday is a dedicated lower body training session structured, trainer-led. and designed to build real strength in your legs and glutes. Whether you're chasing a stronger squat or just want to feel powerful from the ground up, this is your class.

Service Description

This session is perfect if you: ✨ Want structure but don’t know where to start ✨ Need accountability and a routine that sticks ✨ Prefer working out at home or on your own schedule ✨ Are ready to feel stronger and more confident in your body What to expect: ✔️ Guided coaching every step of the way ✔️ Modifications for all fitness levels ✔️ High-energy, no-pressure environment ✔️ A supportive community of women showing up together All you need is a mat, dumbbells (light & heavy if possible), and a resistance band. No equipment? No problem you’ll be given alternatives. Show up for 35 minutes. Leave feeling better than when you started

Cancellation Policy

1. Registration & Payment Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Prices are per session or for the full program as advertised. Payment must be received before participation; spots are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Attendance & Cancellation Participants must arrive on time and prepared for class. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the session fee. 3. Health & Safety Participation is at your own risk. Consult a physician before starting if you have any medical conditions or injuries. Notify the instructor of any injuries or limitations before class. Proper workout attire and footwear are required. 4. Conduct Respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from class without refund. 5. Liability Fit Besties and instructors are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or personal property damage during training sessions. Participants agree to release liability and hold harmless Fit Besties and affiliated staff. 6. Materials & Equipment Equipment is provided for class use only. Participants are responsible for returning borrowed equipment in good condition. 7. Photography & Media Photos or videos may be taken during class for marketing or social media. By participating, you consent to your image being used for promotional purposes. 8. Changes to Terms Fit Besties reserves the right to update terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any major changes via email or group communication.
